Order Processing
All Cold Halo products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Shipping Times
After production, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) at coldhalostudio@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos if the item is damaged.
